1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BridgeLoop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BridgeLoop is a cloud-based platform for event operations and intelligence. The Service allows organizations to plan, manage, and evaluate events, track budgets, coordinate teams, and generate reports.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Organizations and Access
The Service operates on an organization-based model. Organization administrators control membership and access levels. By joining an organization, you agree that other members may view data you add to that organization in accordance with their assigned roles.
5. Agency Relationships
Agencies may be granted access to client organization data through the agency invitation process. Both parties must consent to this relationship. Either party may terminate the agency-client link at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or organizations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
